Mrs. Norma E Hopper, 84, Paris, IL, grandmother of Mrs. Rita Hamm and Edward L. Scaggs of Crawfordsville, died Tuesday (June 18, 1977) in Paris, IL hospital. She is a former resident of Indianapolis. Other survivors include: her husband, James, and another grandchild, Cathy Scaggs of Cloverdale. Services will be at 10 a.m. Friday in Sutton & Son Funeral Home at Paris. Graveside services will be at 3 p.m. Friday at Washington Park Cemetery Chapel, Indianapolis. Friends may call at the funeral home.-- tch
